very accurate description. however in use the piece over the nose actually is where it actually allows light in, instead of keeping it out. I sleep in eye mask every night and unfortunately I would not recommend this eye mask as apart from allowing light in the eye covers are not deep enough to stop your eyelashes rubbing against the mask. sorry.
